Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Global VPN mobile application (the "Service") operated by Global VPN Team ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use License

Permission is granted to download one copy of the Global VPN application on your Android device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, ordinances, or directives.
• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Engage in any form of cyber-attacks, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, hacking, or distribution of malware.
• Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam).

Note: While we respect your privacy and do not log your traffic, we reserve the right to terminate your account if we detect abuse of our infrastructure.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on the Global VPN service are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, we do not guarantee that the Service will function without interruption or errors, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Global VPN or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the Service at any time without notice.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
